Nation History
I started out writing lyrics when I was younger. The idea of working with words was fun and interesting, and I wrote quite often. Later my skills writing song lyrics led me into submitting them as poetry to social sites. I got very positive responses and they seemed to be very popular between my online friends.
I eventually signed up with Triond, which was the first site I had ever used that actually paid me. I stuck around with them and still publish “poetry” there now. I have joined many writing sites in an attempt to broaden my reader base and gain recognition.
Whats In a Name? “HatedNation”
I get many readers who want to know about my pen name. I originally thought of this title as a myspace group, It was geared towards people who were smart and had stuff to say but were not given the chance to do so. Today HatedNation still gives me an idea of a group, standing up for whats right, speaking whats on their minds, and thinking for themselves. The idea of “the voice of the people” inspires me to find information and deliver it to my readers.
Sometimes though, the truth is not well recieved, and few truly stand for whats right. In the vision of challenging ideas, engaging readers to research, and taking heat for speaking my mind… I write as HatedNation
